I believe that having a morning routine can make miracles in your day, why? because by accomplishing a few simple habits your set your mind and your body for what the day will bring to you.


Here are a few things that you can make part of your morning routine:








Having a Morning routine is key to success.

Since I start developing myself one of the first things that I create for me was a morning routine because that routine help me a lot in organizing myself and to make my day less heavy and most effective.

I believe that all morning routine work different, I can tell you what to do and give you my routine but that’s not how it works because we all are different.

Creating your own Morning routine is about evaluating yourself and your needs, By doing this you can find the steps you need to take, If you want to lose some weight you may need to schedule exercise first thing in the morning or if you want to learn a specific topic maybe you want to dedicate an hour to a course in the morning.

Like I said before everyone is different and we all need to focus on what we need the most.

I will give you some good examples of some of the most successful people, so base in this you will have an idea on how to create your own Morning routine.

Steve Jobs:

He Just to have one of the simple routines that you can find by asking himself every day in front of the mirror “If today were the last day of my life, would I want to be doing what I’m doing? “ By asking this he will realize and analyze what he has to fix in his life or in that specific day.


Oprah Winfrey:

She starts her day at 6:00 am, she doesn’t believe in alarm that’s why she doesn’t use them. A soon as she woke up she will go and walk her dogs, at 6:45 A.M. she will drink chai tea or skim cappuccino and put on her sneakers. At 7:00 A.M. she goes to the gym downstairs of her house she usually does 20 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes walking on the treadmill. by 8 A.M. she does some kind of walking or sitting meditation for 20 minutes; And by 8:30 A.M. she eats medium-boiled eggs and a piece of multigrain toast for breakfast.


Bill Gates:

Bill Gates usually starts his day by spending an hour on the treadmill in his private gym, sometimes watching educational DVDs as exercises.


Tony Robbins:

Probably one of my Favorite routines which consist in 2 stages, He usually doesn’t have a specific time of wake-up Time Because of his frequent travels, but he gives himself at least 10 minutes for his routine regardless of how much sleep he got.

His Routine consisted on this Upon he wakes up he jumps into a cold Jacuzzi usually  57 degrees Fahrenheit, Them he will go and do what he calls prime which consisted of 30 Kapalabhati Pranayama breaths.

This is an ancient yoga exercise, a person sits straight and takes a deep inhale before exhaling forcefully by constricting his or her abdomen. The inhalations in between are slight, and the full breaths are done in quick succession. They’re concluded with a deep inhale followed by a deep exhale.

Them he takes a few minutes to think of three things he’s grateful for, with one of them being something simple, like “like the smile of your loved one, or the meal that you have yesterday”

“The reason I picked gratitude is that, when you’re grateful, you can’t be angry,” he said. “And when you’re grateful, you can’t be fearful.”

Them as the last step he spends the next three minutes seeking strength and wishing good things on his family, friends, and clients. He considers it a spiritual exercise, but it doesn’t need to be tied to any religion.

After all of this, he is ready to crush his day!


Tim Ferris:

Last but not least is Tim Ferriss, one of my favorites writer; His routine consisted of 5 small habits, Upon he wakes up he makes his bed, he does this because it gives him a sense of accomplishing the second step in his routine, is meditation he usually takes between 10 to 20 min he used different variations with this sometimes he use an app call headspace or Transcendental meditation. them he usually get at least 30 second workout it could be something like push-ups deeps or squats, after finish this he serves himself a Hot drink with consist in of pu-erh aged black tea, green tea, and turmeric and ginger shavings, adds hot water, while he is drinking this he set and write in his journal between 5 to 10 mins sometimes he used the 5 min journal or morning pages which consist on putting your raw thoughts on paper.

As you can see all of them are different but they all have one thing in common, some kind of ritual to set their day for success.

My personal routine is base on 3 things that I consider core on My life; Meditation, journaling, and reading, choose whatever you think it fits your lifestyle and your goals don’t just copy someone else routine but rare create one on your own and enjoy the benefits of a morning routine.
