What it’s a habit?
A behavior pattern acquired by frequent repetition or physiologic exposure that shows itself in regularity or increased facility of performance.
Now that you know what it’s a habit we can begin, has you know a habit is a behavior that we all have, can be good or bad all depend on you. Humans are made of habits, the habit of waking up every day at the same time, the habit of eating lunch at the same time, the habit of smoke cigarette the habit of eating badly the habit of exercise and I can go on and on.
Today I want to focus on how a habit can influence in our success, depending on what is your goal in life you have to work on your daily habits for example if your goal is to lose some weight you need to focus on your diet, your exercise, and the most important thing your mindset.
Here are a few tips that work for me and I hope that can work for you too!.
1.Wake up early.
Since sometimes is hard for me to finish some of my projects during the day because of the lack of the time, what I do is to get up early around 4:30 before my wife, so I can work some of the projects that I had in that moment. for example, if you want to start your own business and you work full time or perhaps staying home with kids full time but want to get something going on the side try devoting at least one hour to that project doing this:
-build a portfolio of your work. This can be an online portfolio or a physical portfolio that showcases what you can do.
-build up an inventory. For example, if you are an artist, create a substantial number of works you consider sales-worthy.
-write a business plan. (you can find a lot of samples o templates online).
-connect with other small business owners.(you may benefit greatly from teaming up with someone that’s is already establish).
-write or (execute)an email campaign.
-create something that you can give away as an incentive to potential buyers.
One of the things I love most in this word is read because I love to learn that’s why I always try to advise people to read. Like the great investor of all the time’s warren buffet said( the more you learn the more you earn).
Because if you really want to accomplish something in life you have to have knowledge about that goal that you want to achieve.
I think there is not a most important thing has our health, because you can have success, money, cars, houses or whatever cross your mind but if you don’t have health is like having nothing.
That why I recommend having a balance nutrition and exercise often, because if the key to really enjoy life because sometimes we then to forget about our health by really having bad habits and abusing our body with drugs or another kind of stuff like fast food.
I will recommend to at least walk 20 min every day, Meditate and to have a nutritious breakfast which is key to starting the day.
Here are a few tips that you can use if u want to make weight loss your goal, you will want to fill your daily hour with one or more of the following activities:
-check in with a weight loss partner or accountability app.
-plan and pack your food for the day. (to avoid the temptation of eating out. )
-run, swing, power walk or bike to get your cardio done.
-Do an exercise DVD.
Find a picture of yourself went you looked your best; post it somewhere you can see it every day.
I hope this information become very helpful in your daily success and always remember is good if we make mistake the point to never give up and keep trying until we made it!.
